Maurice Mercier, C.E.T., GSC is President and CEO. He is currently the sole shareholder of Alliance Construction Ltd and has been President since its inception. He is a graduate of the NAIT Architectural Technology Program and has 25 years experience in the construction industry.

George Weinberger, GSC is Senior Project Manager and Estimator. He runs all aspects of these functions within our office. George has 35 tears experience in the construction industry.

Peter Severn is General Superintendent whose job it is to oversee our projects and crews on a daily basis. Peter is a journeyman carpenter and has 25 years experience.

Andy Vachon, 3 rd Class Power Engineer, Building Operator “A” is in charge of our maintenance division specifically handling building services at Imperial Oil Cold Lake Operations. Andy has 35 years experience in building and plant maintenance.

Francine Gagnon is Office Manager / General Accountant, Francine has 20 years of experience in her field.

Jesse A. Boe, CSO is our company Safety Coordinator with 7 years experience of safety in the construction and oil & gas industry.
